Refund Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
This Policy is part of the Terms of Service of usite and explains when we refund a subscription and how to ask for it.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
If you purchase as a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of entering into it, without penalty.
When you ask us to publish your site right away, performance begins before that period ends. By confirming the purchase you request that the Service starts immediately and acknowledge that, if you later withdraw, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the service already supplied, as the law allows.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time, from your dashboard or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the renewal: your site stays online until the end of the period you already paid for (the current month or year) and there are no further charges. Periods already started are not refunded, unless the right of withdrawal in section 1 applies to you or the law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
3. What is not refundable
- Charges paid to third parties that we do not bill, such as registering or renewing your own domain with your registrar.
- Custom design or migration work already delivered and accepted.
- Subscriptions terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (prohibited use, fraud, unlawful content).
- Periods during which your site was published and reachable, where the claim is only that you did not use it.
4. How to request a refund
Email hola@usite.cc from your account address, stating the reason and the purchase reference. We answer every request in writing.
Where the right of withdrawal in section 1 applies, the refund is issued within 14 days of you telling us your decision, as the law requires.
Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few extra business days to appear. Taxes charged are refunded together with the amount.
5. Chargebacks
If you think a charge was wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster. An open dispute freezes the account until the payment processor issues its decision.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this page at the time of the charge.
